Production & Processing Time

Most NurseVitalsCo products are made-to-order and printed on demand. After your order is placed, products typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Production times may vary by product type and provider.

Shipping Times (Estimates)

United States: 3–7 business days after production
Canada: 5–14 business days after production
International: 7–21 business days after production

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners (including Printify and their provider network) and shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers depending on your location and product type.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and selected shipping method. Prices shown at checkout are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or customs fees for international orders.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. NurseVitalsCo is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a carrier marks an item as delivered, NurseVitalsCo is not responsible for theft, loss, or disappearance from the delivery location, except where required by law or marketplace policy.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import fees, taxes, and compliance with local laws. NurseVitalsCo is not responsible for customs delays or fees.
