Made-to-Order Products
Most NurseVitalsCo products are made-to-order, print-on-demand, customized, or personalized. Because of this, all sales are generally final unless the product arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, materially incorrect, or different from what you ordered due to seller or production error.
We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds For:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Wrong size ordered (please check size charts before purchasing)
- Wrong color selected
- Fit preference or style preference
- Customer-submitted typo or incorrect customization
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Duplicate order placed by customer
- Delayed event date or event cancellation
- Failure to read the product description or size chart
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, misprinted, materially incorrect, or wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the defect or issue
- Photos of packaging if relevant
- A written description of the problem
If we verify the issue, our sole obligation will be, at our discretion, to provide a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund for the affected item. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Digital Products
Digital products are generally final sale once purchased, accessed, emailed, downloaded, or made available, except where required by law.
