How Seel Protection Works

Step 1: Look for Seel at checkout
For eligible orders, you may see an optional protection service from Seel at checkout. Seel may offer extra post-purchase protection depending on the coverage available for your order.
Step 2: Choose whether to add protection
Seel protection is optional. You can choose to:
- Add Seel protection to your order
- Continue without Seel protection
If you do not add Seel, your order will still be covered by the standard NurseVitalsCo policies.
Step 3: Review what Seel covers
Coverage may vary depending on the product and the option shown at checkout. Seel may help with certain issues such as:
- Return protection
- Lost package issues
- Damaged package issues
- Other eligible post-purchase problems
Always review the Seel coverage terms before purchasing.
Step 4: Complete your order
If you add Seel protection, the protection applies only according to Seel's terms and eligibility rules. Seel protection is provided by Seel, not directly by NurseVitalsCo.
Step 5: File a claim with Seel if needed
If an eligible issue occurs, you will follow Seel's claim instructions. Seel may ask for:
- Order information
- Protection ID
- Photos
- Delivery details
- Description of the issue
Step 6: Seel reviews the request
Seel will review your claim based on its own terms, deadlines, exclusions, and coverage rules. NurseVitalsCo does not control Seel's claim approval, denial, payout timing, or claim requirements.
Step 7: Receive Seel's resolution
If approved by Seel, you may receive the resolution available under your selected coverage. This may include a refund, reimbursement, or other remedy depending on Seel's terms.

Seel protection is optional and may not be available for every order. Seel does not replace the NurseVitalsCo Return Policy. It is a separate third-party protection service with its own terms and conditions.
