Some requests may require clear photos before approval.

Step 5: Submit your request

After you submit your request, NurseVitalsCo will review it based on:

• The product type
• The return option selected at checkout
• The item condition
• The delivery date
• The reason for the request
• Our Return Policy

Step 6: Follow the return instructions

If your request is approved, you will receive instructions through the return portal. Depending on the situation, you may be offered:

• Replacement
• Exchange
• Store credit
• Refund, if applicable
• Return shipping instructions

Step 7: Return, inspection, and resolution

If the item must be returned, it may need to be inspected before a credit, exchange, replacement, or refund is issued.

Returned items must be: unused, unworn, unwashed, odor-free, stain-free, and in original condition.
